Across TCGA cell cohorts, METRN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,981 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METRN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Carbohydrate derivative catabolic process, Metanephric proximal tubule development, and Ganglioside metabolic process. Each is linked with METRN in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METRN-to-partner and partner-to-METRN results are reported.
