METAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,938 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4698, MIR4772, and PCDH9-AS3. Each is linked with METAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METAP1-to-partner and partner-to-METAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4698 grouped by METAP1-low versus METAP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→METAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
