Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR2L9P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR2L9P expression is associated with patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR2L9P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, OR2L9P RNA expression shows 8,927 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LAML. Together, these results highlight STAD, THCA, and LAML as cancer lineages where OR2L9P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
