MESP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MESP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,233 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MESP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are INPP1, CAP1, and ARFGEF3. Each is linked with MESP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MESP1-to-partner and partner-to-MESP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MESP1 versus INPP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MESP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MESP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
