MESD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MESD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MESD-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAMTOR3P1, MIR4497, and HMGN1P34. Each is linked with MESD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MESD-to-partner and partner-to-MESD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LAMTOR3P1 grouped by MESD-low versus MESD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MESD→partner) and Y-score (partner→MESD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
