MEPE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEPE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEPE-associated genes across cancer lineages are CELA1, SPINK8, and C6orf118. Each is linked with MEPE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEPE-to-partner and partner-to-MEPE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CELA1 grouped by MEPE-low versus MEPE-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEPE→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEPE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
