Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEPCE RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,962 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEPCE-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, snRNA modification, and RNA export from nucleus. Each is linked with MEPCE in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEPCE-to-partner and partner-to-MEPCE results are reported.
