MEP1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEP1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, FASN, and PDCD4. Each is linked with MEP1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEP1B-to-partner and partner-to-MEP1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by MEP1B-low versus MEP1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
