MEMO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEMO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 443 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEMO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP81, MIR648, and TRGJP1. Each is linked with MEMO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEMO1-to-partner and partner-to-MEMO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP81 grouped by MEMO1-low versus MEMO1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
