Across TCGA patient cohorts, MELTF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,588 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MELTF-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFIP11, R3HCC1, and GLE1. Each is linked with MELTF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MELTF-to-partner and partner-to-MELTF results are reported.
