Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MELTF mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MELTF-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, 4E-BP1, and Notch1. Each is linked with MELTF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MELTF-to-partner and partner-to-MELTF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by MELTF-low versus MELTF-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MELTF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MELTF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
