Across TCGA cell cohorts, MELTF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,226 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MELTF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of extracellular matrix disassembly, Protein localization to plasma membrane, and Regulation of extracellular matrix disassembly. Each is linked with MELTF in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MELTF-to-partner and partner-to-MELTF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of extracellular matrix disassembly grouped by MELTF-low versus MELTF-high in BREAST.
