The most reproducible MELTF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of receptor recycling, Protein import into peroxisome matrix, substrate release, and Nucleophagy. Each is linked with MELTF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MELTF-to-partner and partner-to-MELTF results are reported.
