MELTF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MELTF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 463 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MELTF-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD40LG, PBK, and MCUB. Each is linked with MELTF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MELTF-to-partner and partner-to-MELTF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD40LG grouped by MELTF-low versus MELTF-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MELTF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MELTF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
