MEIS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEIS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,383 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEIS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRB2, TRPC1, and DIRAS1. Each is linked with MEIS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEIS2-to-partner and partner-to-MEIS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEIS2 versus ADGRB2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEIS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEIS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
