MEIOC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEIOC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 248 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEIOC-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2AK2, C1orf146, and OR52E6. Each is linked with MEIOC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEIOC-to-partner and partner-to-MEIOC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2AK2 grouped by MEIOC-low versus MEIOC-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEIOC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEIOC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
