MEIKIN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEIKIN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEIKIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4734, HNRNPCL3, and RNA5SP405. Each is linked with MEIKIN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEIKIN-to-partner and partner-to-MEIKIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4734 grouped by MEIKIN-low versus MEIKIN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEIKIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEIKIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
