MEIG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEIG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 154 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEIG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02448, MIR4698, and MERTK. Each is linked with MEIG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEIG1-to-partner and partner-to-MEIG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEIG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEIG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
