MEI4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEI4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,416 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEI4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MEMO1, NMT2, and RRM1. Each is linked with MEI4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEI4-to-partner and partner-to-MEI4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEI4 versus MEMO1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEI4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEI4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
