MEI4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEI4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 439 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEI4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are D-glucuronate catabolic process to D-xylulose 5-phosphate, D-glucuronate catabolic process, and Negative regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening. Each is linked with MEI4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEI4-to-partner and partner-to-MEI4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, D-glucuronate catabolic process to D-xylulose 5-phosphate grouped by MEI4-low versus MEI4-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEI4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEI4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
