MEI1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 323 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CERK, SMAD7, and RGCC. Each is linked with MEI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEI1-to-partner and partner-to-MEI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEI1 versus CERK in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
