MEGF9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEGF9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,023 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEGF9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDIA4, SPATA20, and PTGR1. Each is linked with MEGF9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEGF9-to-partner and partner-to-MEGF9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEGF9 versus PDIA4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEGF9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEGF9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
