MEGF8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEGF8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,993 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEGF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PYDC2, PES1, and CENPM. Each is linked with MEGF8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEGF8-to-partner and partner-to-MEGF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PYDC2 grouped by MEGF8-low versus MEGF8-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEGF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEGF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
