MEFV

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEFV mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,739 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEFV-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3651, RNU7-11P, and RNA5SP308. Each is linked with MEFV in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEFV-to-partner and partner-to-MEFV results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3651 grouped by MEFV-low versus MEFV-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEFV→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEFV) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
