MEF2D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEF2D RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,224 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEF2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRRC2B, ARHGEF11, and FAM168B. Each is linked with MEF2D in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEF2D-to-partner and partner-to-MEF2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEF2D versus PRRC2B in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEF2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEF2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
