MEF2D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEF2D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,216 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEF2D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAXE, PODN, and RO60. Each is linked with MEF2D in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEF2D-to-partner and partner-to-MEF2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEF2D versus NAXE in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEF2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEF2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
