MEF2D

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEF2D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,803 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEF2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNN3, GPIHBP1, and P2RX1. Each is linked with MEF2D in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEF2D-to-partner and partner-to-MEF2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEF2D versus KCNN3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEF2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEF2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
