MEF2D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEF2D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,942 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEF2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB2P1, PNPLA3, and ACOD1. Each is linked with MEF2D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEF2D-to-partner and partner-to-MEF2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYBB2P1 grouped by MEF2D-low versus MEF2D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEF2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEF2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
