Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEF2D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,687 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEF2D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Adult heart development, Cytosolic transport, and Regulation of autophagosome maturation. Each is linked with MEF2D in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEF2D-to-partner and partner-to-MEF2D results are reported.
