MEF2D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEF2D mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,363 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEF2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIMCH1, CNTNAP1, and SCARF1. Each is linked with MEF2D in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEF2D-to-partner and partner-to-MEF2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LIMCH1 grouped by MEF2D-low versus MEF2D-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEF2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEF2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
