MEF2C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEF2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 29,509 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEF2C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMOD2, WDR43_S77, and WDR75. Each is linked with MEF2C in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEF2C-to-partner and partner-to-MEF2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEF2C versus TMOD2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEF2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEF2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
