MEF2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEF2C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,790 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEF2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM223A, LINC01262, and OR10B1P. Each is linked with MEF2C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEF2C-to-partner and partner-to-MEF2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM223A grouped by MEF2C-low versus MEF2C-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEF2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEF2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
