MEF2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEF2C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEF2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, PCNA, and ATM. Each is linked with MEF2C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEF2C-to-partner and partner-to-MEF2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by MEF2C-low versus MEF2C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEF2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEF2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
