Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEF2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,960 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MEF2C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of synaptic activity, Cardiac ventricle formation, and AMPA selective glutamate receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with MEF2C in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEF2C-to-partner and partner-to-MEF2C results are reported.
