MEF2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEF2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,525 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEF2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL17P49, RN7SL543P, and RPL22P5. Each is linked with MEF2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEF2A-to-partner and partner-to-MEF2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL17P49 grouped by MEF2A-low versus MEF2A-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEF2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEF2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
