MEF2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEF2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEF2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSTA2, CCDC195, and OPN1MW2. Each is linked with MEF2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEF2A-to-partner and partner-to-MEF2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSTA2 grouped by MEF2A-low versus MEF2A-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEF2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEF2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
