MEDAG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEDAG RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,828 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEDAG-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL3A1, THBS2, and COL1A1. Each is linked with MEDAG in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEDAG-to-partner and partner-to-MEDAG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEDAG versus COL3A1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEDAG→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEDAG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
