MEDAG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEDAG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,452 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEDAG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TIMP2, FLNC_S1527, and RCN3. Each is linked with MEDAG in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEDAG-to-partner and partner-to-MEDAG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEDAG versus TIMP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEDAG→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEDAG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
