Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEDAG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 176 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MEDAG-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP146, RN7SL237P, and SLC25A27. Each is linked with MEDAG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEDAG-to-partner and partner-to-MEDAG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP146 grouped by MEDAG-low versus MEDAG-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEDAG→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEDAG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
