Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEDAG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MEDAG-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHRH, RESP18, and OR2S2. Each is linked with MEDAG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEDAG-to-partner and partner-to-MEDAG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GHRH grouped by MEDAG-low versus MEDAG-high in STOMACH.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEDAG→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEDAG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
