MED9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,299 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRPSAP2, ALKBH5, and RPA1. Each is linked with MED9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED9-to-partner and partner-to-MED9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED9 versus PRPSAP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
