Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,033 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESPL1, NUP85, and HDHD5. Each is linked with MED9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED9-to-partner and partner-to-MED9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED9 versus ESPL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
