Across TCGA cell cohorts, MED9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,620 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of brown fat cell differentiation, Positive regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II, and Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with MED9 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED9-to-partner and partner-to-MED9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of brown fat cell differentiation grouped by MED9-low versus MED9-high in STOMACH.
