MED6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,119 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA1, UBR7, and ZC3H14. Each is linked with MED6 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED6-to-partner and partner-to-MED6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED6 versus MTA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
