MED6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,057 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND4LP20, MIR8082, and TRAV10. Each is linked with MED6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED6-to-partner and partner-to-MED6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND4LP20 grouped by MED6-low versus MED6-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
