Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, ATM, and Di-Ras3. Each is linked with MED6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED6-to-partner and partner-to-MED6 results are reported.
