Across TCGA cell cohorts, MED6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,292 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Monoubiquitinated protein deubiquitination, DNA-templated DNA replication, and Double-strand break repair via synthesis-dependent strand annealing. Each is linked with MED6 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED6-to-partner and partner-to-MED6 results are reported.
