Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,524 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC3, KIF15, and CKS1B. Each is linked with MED4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED4-to-partner and partner-to-MED4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED4 versus RFC3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
