MED31

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 12,375 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MED31-associated genes across cancer lineages are TENM4, AHNAK, and KMT2D. Each is linked with MED31 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED31-to-partner and partner-to-MED31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TENM4 grouped by MED31-low versus MED31-high in COAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED31→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
