Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MED31 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,857 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MED31-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNA2, VPS33A, and EPOP. Each is linked with MED31 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MED31-to-partner and partner-to-MED31 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MED31 versus DNA2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MED31→partner) and Y-score (partner→MED31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
